Boasting a spectator friendly course the Henley Triathlon is one not to be missed.
Places are sure to fill up quickly, so secure your place and enter now.
- Pretty riverside market town location on the Thames
- Chip Timed
- Leisure centre pool based swim
- Rural Oxfordshire countryside bike course
- Grass run course within the grounds of Gillotts School
- Split transitions at the leisure centre and school playing field (see race day info for further details)

Do you have children that can't wait to become a triathlete? Make a weekend of it and enter them in the UK Kids Fun Triathlon on Saturday 9th June for 5-16 yr olds.
Yet again the Kids event was full and over-subscribed in 2017 with around 900 participants so avoid disappointment book early.
Unfortunately due to the venue being a school playing field, there are no dogs allowed on the site.
At the Henley Triathlon our “Fun” and “Sprint” distances are very popular with first timers and beginners, with short achievable distances that still offer a challenge.
Our fun & friendly events are open to everyone and an ideal introduction for beginners to the sport of triathlon. The Henley Triathlon offers a supportive environment, with cheering crowds and a fun & relaxed atmosphere meaning everyone enjoys the day, competitors and friends & family alike.
We can offer lots of support and online beginners advice to help make your Triathlon the best it could possibly be for you. As well as a great atmosphere, you are sure to gain a special sense of achievement as you cross the finish line to receive that all important “finishers” medal and confirmation the end result was worth every bit of hard work!

Ideal novice Sprint triathlon
Really nervous doing this as it was my first, out of the 14 in my briefing group all of us were novices! The event was well organised and welcoming, not too big or scary. Loved the bike course in the sunshine, the run was hard work in the heat!
