The York Kids Triathlon is an exciting celebration of youth and fitness, offering young athletes a chance to dive into triathlon in a friendly, non-competitive environment!
Participants will explore a fun course that includes swimming, cycling, and running, all designed to inspire enthusiasm and camaraderie. With cheerful marshals along the route ensuring safety and support, kids can focus on enjoying the experience and making new friends.
This event is all about fostering a love for being active and adventurous, creating lasting memories as children discover the joy of movement and teamwork in a vibrant atmosphere!

Full and up to date competitor race day information with your race number and start time will be emailed to you 7-10 days before the event. Please check spam/junk folders.
WE DO NOT POST ANYTHING OUT - you will collect your race numbers, stickers, etc. at registration on the day.

Choose your favourite discipline, then invite friends or family to join and complete your relay team.
Create a fun family relay! The brother swims, the sister cycles and the cousin runs.
(All team members must be 5-16 years old)
A relay team can consist of two or three people.
Each member completes one or two of the three disciplines in the triathlon.
The swimmer completes the swim and then passes the wristband to the cyclist.
The cyclist completes the cycle course and passes the wristband to the runner.
The runner completes the run.
All team members can cross the finish line together and collect their medals.
